If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products you can exchange the item with anything else on the website up to the same value, within 7 days of receiving it, provided we receive the item in its original condition and packaging. Items returned without original packaging and merchant receipt will not be accepted.

Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, to inform us of the fault . Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping costs will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.
